Special Notice: In support of viable, on-ground conservation efforts for the surrounding White River National Forest, Vail Resorts Lodging Company has partnered with the National Forest Foundation. As part of this initiative, a voluntary donation of $1 per room per night will automatically be added to your bill, of which 100% will be forwarded to the Foundation. For every dollar contributed by guests, the Foundation will invest $1.50. If you do not wish to make this contribution, simply request the front desk staff remove it from your bill.
Tax Information: There is a 10.99% tax and surcharge applicable to all guestroom rates. This tax and surcharge is subject to change without notice.
Summer Season: A $50 non-refundable deposit is collected at the time of booking. Full payment is due and non-refundable 48 hours prior to arrival and will be applied to the credit card at that time unless another form of payment is received.
Winter Season: A $100 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival, at which time the reservation is non-refundable and non-changeable. Final payment will be applied to the credit card at that time unless another form of payment is received. Reservations booked within 30 days of arrival will require full payment at the time of booking
Holiday Season: Applicable for reservations arriving from December 26th through January 3rd: A $200 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due and non-refundable on November 1st and will be applied to the credit card at that time unless another form of payment is received. Reservations booked after November 1st will require full payment at the time of booking.
President’s Day: Applicable for reservations arriving from February 12th – February 21th: A $200 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due and non-refundable on January 5th and will be applied to the credit card at that time unless another form of payment is received. Reservations booked after January 5th will require full payment at the time of booking.
Note: For all seasons, you will automatically be enrolled in the Vail Resorts "Peaks" loyalty program, at no cost to you, if you purchased lift tickets. You will receive program information by standard mail and will be offered the chance to decline.
The Pines Lodge has a limited number of dog-friendly hotel rooms and condos. All dog-friendly room reservations must be made by calling reservations (855) 395-7625. Online reservations or walk-ins for dog-friendly rooms will not be accepted. There will be a $50.00 charge per pet, per night for cleaning fees; the fees are non-refundable. Pets are prohibited from being on beds or furniture at any time. If pet hair is found on bed spreads or upholstery an additional cleaning fee will apply. Unaccompanied pets are allowed to be in hotel rooms or condos. The owner however must be present for the room to be serviced if a pet is present. The Pines Lodge reserves the right to refuse a pet service or to ask a pet to leave or have a pet removed by Eagle County animal control authorities at our sole discretion.

Room rates are based on double occupancy. The charge for an extra person in a room is $25. There is no accommodation charge for children 12 years of age and under when sharing a room with an adult and using existing bedding. The charge for a crib is $25 per night.
